Hamilton Man Billed $2,000 From Forty Year Old Clerical Error

Rudolph Weiglein of Hamilton, Missouri better hire a social security attorney after discovering he owes $2,000 from a claim filed forty years ago! What’s even stranger? The claim didn’t belong to Weiglein, it belonged to his mother who claimed survivor benefits in 1965 after the untimely death of his father.

The clerical error will force Rudolph to pay the $2,000 within the week due to a clerical error.  Let’s keep in mind a clerical error that occurred when he was just 11 years old!
